Hey girl, Welcome to LKFitness. Loren Kilgore is the Owner and Head Coach of LKFitness. She started this online/in-person fitness business because she wanted to make an impact to her community through online platforms like Instagram and Facebook. She was tired of seeing our world be victimized by obesity and weight gain. Finally, she said enough is enough. Within LKFitness programs, she teaches specific strategies to help women eat the foods that they love, while still reaching their goals in the gym and at home.
