Online Personal Training and Nutrition
12 weeks of specialized meal plans (5 meals a day, 7 days a week), weekly accountability calls, 3-5 goal specific workouts each week, nutritional e-books, live workouts, private client community FB group, one-on-one client to coach lifestyle change strategies, grocery lists, recipes and portion sizes, 24/7 access to workouts and communication with coach etc.

In-Person Personal Training (PBC)
Goal specific workouts each week, 3 phases=12 weeks, working on endurance, balance, stability, core strengthening, toning and sculpting specific muscle groups, as well as losing fat, nutritional e-books, live workouts, private client community FB group, one-on-one client to coach lifestyle change strategies, 24/7 access to workout plan and communication with coach, etc.
